We collect the minimum data needed to fulfil orders: name, contact details (email, phone), shipping address, and order history. If you pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash we also record the mobile number you provide to settle payment. We do not collect or store card details.
To process orders, communicate about your purchase, send transactional emails, and (only if you opt in) share occasional product news.
Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database & file storage). All processors are bound to handle your data securely.
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing privacy@eg.reprime.shop.
Essential cookies (your cart and, for staff, admin authentication) are always set — the site cannot function without them. If site analytics are enabled, we additionally set Google Analytics cookies, but only after you accept them in the cookie banner; declining keeps analytics off. See our Cookie Policy for details.
