Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

Incorrect items

If we ship the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a free pickup and dispatch the correct product.

Returns of opened items

Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted products.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
