Overview
Pinealon is the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Arg (EDR), the central-nervous-system member of the Khavinson bioregulator family. It is studied in neuroprotection, cognitive-aging, and oxidative-stress models — the brain-focused counterpart to Epithalon's pineal-and-telomerase niche within the same research tradition.
At three residues, Pinealon is about as small as a signalling peptide gets: trivially stable, cleanly characterised, and cheap to verify at high confidence.
